- The Company is managed by the Board of Directors of the Company.

- The company in the year 2015 took over the Assets & Liabilities of a Proprietary concern with Mr. K.K.G. Prabhakaran as Proprietor and the Proprietary concern started in the year 1980.
- KSPL is always aspiring for innovations in the manufacture of products such as Silicates and Sodium Meta Silicate and also aspiring for usage of the same with slight modifications in the process and use the same for new usages. The survival is mainly due to continuous efforts in spending R & D activities.
